Oakland is easier to fly into than San Francisco; the closest airport is the Charles M. Schulz – Sonoma County Airport in Santa Rosa (although not all airlines fly in to Sonoma).

March 15th Northern California Osage Meeting hotel accommodations. Anyone making reservations for a basic room at the Executive Suites or Bayside Inn Hotel in Oakland has access to our NCO group rate; to get the reduced rate, room reservations must be made before Feb. 24th. ((Note: You must CALL and make your reservations and state you want the Northern California Osage group rate; online reservations will not work)): Best Western Plus Bayside Inn (510-356-2450) is the newer hotel with a rate of $159 & the Executive Suites (510.536.6633), also a nice hotel, is $139 (plus tax). Both hotels are on the water, share a free parking lot on the same property as the meeting space, and have complimentary Oakland Airport Shuttles. Nearby camping is at Anthony Chabot Park
